I am a PhD student in the computational biology program at Weill Cornell and an investor in biotech startups at Petri.

Research

I engineer computational systems that unravel cellular responses to chemical and transcriptional perturbations. My work with John Chodera and colleagues was most recently published at ICML.

Previous work

I helped start drug discovery companies at Flagship Pioneering and directed the student startup accelerator, venture competition, and entrepreneur society at Columbia University.
